Vietnam’s My Khe ranks among Asia’s 10 best beaches

It is the only beach in Vietnam to be named in the list. My Khe Beach, nestled in Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, is around two kilometers from the city center. The beach, which is about 900 meters long, is among the busiest in Da Nang, Nhan Dan (People) newspaper reported. My Khe is well known for soft white sand, little waves, and clean, warm seawater so that tourists can swim all year round. Jonathan Chan, a U.S. traveler, wrote on Tripadvisor that My Khe is a “gorgeous beach,” adding that “the sand is soft and fine, there are plenty of seashells, gentle waves for swimming and wading, lots of spots along the way for a drink or a beach chair under the shade.
